Visiting in person

We're located at 406 W. Jones St. #A in historic downtown Savannah. 

Parking

Find free on-street parking around the store, or, park in the lot marked "West Broad Tenants & Guests" just beyond the store.  

Hours

We're open Mondays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or, 24/7 online.

Gift Cards

Yes, we offer gift cards in any amount.

Gift Registry

We're pleased to offer a gift registry.

Returns

We get it, sometimes things just don't work out! Let us know, and we’ll send a shipping label to make your return easy!

When we receive your undamaged item in its original packaging within 30 days, we will gladly refund the purchase price to your original form of payment*.

After 30 days, we're happy to issue a store credit in the amount of the original purchase price*.

After 60 days all sales are considered final.

* Please note there are no refunds available for shipping and handling, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Damaged Items

If something arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days. We try our best to package everything carefully for transport, but we know accidents happen.

We will need pictures of the box and the damaged item so that we may follow up with the shipper on your behalf. Once the claim has been successfully processed, we are happy to refund the original purchase price plus shipping or send out a replacement if possible.

Sale Items

Please know that on sale items, all sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping and Freight for Online Orders

Most of our items ship quickly using carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx, and this is calculated upon checkout. However, some of our larger items require a freight carrier. You are welcome to pick these items up in the flagship store, use your own preferred freight company, or let us coordinate it for you by getting a quote from one of our trusted shippers.
