Elusive Jams - PEARadise

This recipe was inspired by a dessert Elusive Jam's Jason Wynn's mom makes. It was a family comfort food during quarantine, and they decided to modify it into a jam for all to enjoy. Aptly named by their youngest daughter, PEARadise, because the flavor takes you away from reality. PEARadise Jam is crafted with local Georgia pears, South Georgia pecans, and fresh pineapples. The buttery sweet flavor is excellent on everything. This is one jam you can just sit and enjoy with a spoon, but we encourage you to share.
