The Spiced Pear Jam is made from sweet Georgia pears mixed with a special blend of spices. The pears come from trees Jam Chef Jason's father planted in Douglasville, Georgia. In addition to biscuits and toast, this jam makes an excellent ham glaze. This "pears" well with chicken, fish, and vegetables too.
