Handcrafted in Georgia, each batch of Fig Bourbon Jam takes approximately 30 days to infuse a variety of figs with bourbon. Then we use a large steam kettle to slowly cook the batch with a special blend of sugars and spices. 2019 Flavor of Georgia Finalist. 

Enjoy on a biscuit, bagel, pancakes, or toast. Use as a topping for ice cream, a pizza sauce, or as a glaze for meat. Pairs well with brie and goat cheese. Also serves as a fine complement to charcuterie boards.
